What Alpha Duel is
Alpha Duel is a skill contest. You are given a simulated bankroll, you allocate it across listed names, you write an argument for each position, and your simulated return is scored against other entrants over a fixed clock.
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, not a sportsbook and not a money transmitter. Portfolios are simulated. No security is ever bought, sold, held or custodied on your behalf, and nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Entry is free
No entry fee, purchase or subscription is required to enter any contest or to win any prize. A purchase never improves your chance of winning and never buys information about what to trade.
Where a paid tier exists it buys convenience and identity only — statistics, replays, matchmaking priority and profile flair. Paid tiers are currently disabled.
Who may enter
You must be 18 or older and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where these contests are permitted. Void where prohibited. Employees of the sponsor and members of their households may not win prizes.
One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts and coordinated entry are grounds for disqualification.
Your written thesis is published
Every position requires a written rationale of at least 140 characters. You have sixty seconds to edit it, after which it is hashed and cannot be changed.
It stays sealed while your position is live, so nobody can trade against your reasoning, and it is published permanently once the position locks — whether the call was right or wrong.
Entering a contest is your agreement to that publication. A withdrawn thesis leaves a tombstone carrying its original hash; it is never silently deleted, because a record that can be quietly edited proves nothing.
Prices and scoring
Contests are scored against market data from a single snapshot taken at settlement. The same snapshot is used for every entrant in the same contest.
Prices across the product are currently simulated for testing, and every screen that shows a price says so. Simulated prices are deterministic and identical for all entrants, so a contest scored against them is still fair between players — it is simply not a claim about the real market.
Results, disputes and moderation
A settled result may be disputed within 24 hours on the grounds of a bad fill, a failed order, a feed outage, or a score that does not match your recorded positions. A corrected result pays both sides: nothing is ever clawed back from anyone.
A published thesis may be withdrawn from publication for coordinated manipulation, abuse, off-platform solicitation or plagiarism. Moderation is a publication decision and never re-scores a contest. This is enforced at runtime, not only promised here.
What we may do to your account
We may suspend or close an account for automation, market manipulation, coordinated entry, or false statements about eligibility, and forfeit any prize not yet paid.
Your settled results and published theses remain on the public record after an account closes. That permanence is the product; an account that could erase its losses would make every other record on the platform worthless.
No warranty
The platform is provided as is. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a contest may be voided if the data it depends on fails.
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
